I am the original owner of this 1961 19' Chris Craft Continental. It has been under my care since it came out the factory door in 1961. She has been kept in a boathouse in Pointe au Baril, Ontario for almost all of her life. Her varnish and paint work are in good condition. The chrome could use with re-plating if you wish to put her in show condition and the instruments, while still all working, could use with restoration if you intend to show her.

She has about 500 hours on her original engine which is in excellent operating condition. The engine is a Chris Craft conversion of a Chevy 283. Chris Craft had two conversions of the 283 in those days. This is the lighter conversion and the one that is most wanted for boats of this size. At this point the Chevy 283 conversion parts used in this conversion are rather valuable. The only modifications to the engine are a spin on oil filter adapter and an electronic replacement for the traditional ignition points. The water pump impellers were replaced last season and should last for a long time. As you can see she has a convertible top on her that is original also. I also have a ski tow for her that also came stock from Chris Craft.

This boat does not leak and the hull is in excellent condition. It has been in the water this summer and is fully operational at this time. She is currently out of the water but still in her boathouse.

I am asking $19,900 Canadian for her.

Telephone (705) 746-0011. Best time to catch us is probably in the evening
