Location: Wolfe Lake, near Powassan, Ontario.
Windover Point Cottage is a
clean and comfortable lakefront haven on quiet Wolfe Lake, a small
three-hour drive from Toronto. Positioned on higher ground among
towering pine trees, the cottage doesn't get bugs, and yet it is
right on the waterfront. With 600 feet of frontage, you will have
plenty of privacy from the neighboring cottages, which you cannot
see from the cottage.
You can swim off the sloping rock shore or visit the sandy beach
within walking distance. Have a picnic or just relax on the
secluded point or fish from the dock or rocks next to the spawning
creek for pickerel or bass. Canoe to Wolfe Lake Island for a quiet
read, suntan and swim.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the elevated sundeck or screened-in
veranda and evening fires at the grated fire pit (firewood provided)
at the lake edge. Windover Point will appeal to everyone who enjoys
nature and wildlife or fishing in a quiet setting.
Visit the historical museum in the town of Nipissing, a short drive
away or travel to nearby Powassan, Callander, and North Bay for

Windover Point is ideal for four adults or a single family with
teenage children. (The cottage has two
bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two double beds.)
