Does a two-bedroom cottage at the end of a private road with 150 feet of lakefront sound like a great place for a holiday, then this is the cottage for you! 

The cottage is open concept, with a large kitchen and lots of counter space, which includes a breakfast bar and four stools.  The dining area (with seating for six) and living room are open to the kitchen so no one needs to feel isolated as they prepare the meals. The wall-to-wall windows offer a great view of Three Mile Lake from the dining room and living room. 

Adjacent to the living room are two bedrooms.  The first has a queen bed and dresser. The second has a set of bunks with a double on the bottom and single on top as well as a dresser.  There is a three-piece bathroom with a shower and large closet. 

If you wish, you can dine al-fresco on the large wrap around deck, or enjoy a morning coffee in the screened-in porch that offers a view of the lake. From the deck you follow the 30 steps down to the water where you can swim or fish from the dock. 

There is a small cabin located close to the cottage that is great for having a quiet afternoon nap, or curling up to read a book.

A large cleared back lot across the road from the cottage is great for playing horseshoes (provided) and badminton. Here you will also find the fire pit for an evening of toasting marshmallows and campfire sing songs.

From the cottage, it is a five minute drive to the general store in Raymond. Bracebridge offers many restaurants, shopping and Santa's Village. Huntsville also offers shopping, several restaurants, Pioneer Village and the Algonquin Theatre.  Algonquin Park is just over an hour’s drive.
