spectacular view of Lake Vernon and the woods around. With southern exposures
and panoramic vistas this nature lovers retreat is truly breathtaking in all
directions. Its 1800 sq ft is perfect for 10+ people or two families. Each of
its two levels has its own kitchen, living room and deck, 2 bedrooms and full
bathroom.
Relax in
the 8 person outdoor hot tub and gaze at the stars or the view over the lake on
the 400 sq ft deck. TVs, DVDs and stereos on both floors allow different age
groups to enjoy themselves separately at the same cottage. Take the
pathway and stairs down to the lake where along the way you'll find an
observation deck hidden in the woods overlooking the lake.
At the waterfront, 150ft of private shoreline and sandy/pebble bottom are ideal
for swimming. Sunbathe, dock your boat or paddle off in the canoes and kayaks.
Enjoy 40 miles of boating on Vernon, Peninsula and Fairy Lakes. Boat or drive 15
minutes to Huntsville's shops and restaurants. Golf at Deerhurst. Delta
Grandview or Taboo. In the winter enjoy Muskoka's vast snowmobile trail network
stretching from Georgian Bay to Algonquin Park. We're minutes by snowmobile to
Trail 88.
