    Charming authentic Muskoka cottage located on the shoreline of Lake Muskoka, in Gravenhurst on a quiet bay, 3 bedrooms with luxury queen sizes, sleeps 6, with a lakeside sun/games room and 70 feet of private shoreline on a calm bay great for water sports, great fishing (primarily pike/bass), deck, kitchen, 3 pc bathroom, living room and a new dock, TV-Cable--DVD, shallow sandy entry to water. We are only 5 minutes to shopping in town. You will love it! Get away from it all and escape!
    The cottage is located in quiet Muskoka Bay right on Lake Muskoka off Muskoka Road 169 (Gravenhurst to Bala road). We have 70' of private waterfront with a beautiful brand new dock.

     The cottage is clean, neat, tidy, and in good repair, fresh bedding linens are supplied. You provide your own towels. There are ceiling fans throughout and the kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, also there is BBQ, water dispenser (fresh 18L jug), toaster, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and stove, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans are provided. As with any cottage, general water and hot water conservation is practiced.   All amenities are nearby.Take a cruise on the Segwun or Wenonah Steamships, great golf nearby, bicycle trail riding, Grace and Speed, a historical nautical museum and the beautiful antique wooden boats.  Convenience store, Jug City within walking distance, even Pizza delivery to your door if you're not in the cooking mood. 
     No smoking allowed inside, no pets without approval first. Children and guests are welcome, parking at cottage for 2 or 4 vehicles; any special requirements just call me. It is a family area and we ask for a 10 p.m. quiet curfew and no big wild parties. Rentals are available nearby for canoes, kayaks, motor boats and other water toys.

      We have priced the rent reasonably compared to other properties on the big 3 lakes to allow people to have the Muskoka experience on a reasonable budget. There is gradual slope on a lawn to waterfront, dock, swimming and fishing. There is plenty of sun and shade on property. Located close to town and shopping.
   Boating provides access to all the "Big Three Muskoka" lakes. where you can travel around to see concerts at Bala, tour up to Port Carling or view some of the spectacular scenery and architecture on the lakes. The cottage is a quick 1 1/2 hours north of Toronto (hwy 401 & 400) and "drive to" accessible. Drive to the cottage, park, enter, and relax. No phone, cell reception is great (10 signal strength).
We have kept the cottage as an authentic Muskoka style with the original look and feel.
