Wooden (Mahogany) Shepherd Commuter Convertible, 27', 1955
This beautiful mahogany cruiser features a wide beam,
high freeboard and twin 327 cubic inch, 300 h.p. Chev Corvette engines. The
Shepherd is an open day-cruiser with a V bunk cuddy cabin, sink, fridge, wet
bar, and picnic dining table. "Marnie II" cruises easily at 30 m.p.h. and
can get home fast...(48 m.p.h. if necessary). This Shepherd is a great picnic or
all day cruise boat.
"Marnie II" was stripped, refinished and the bottom redone in 2005-2006. She
features a full mahogany floor, as well as unique G.M. fittings and electronics.
