Cottage is NOT directly surrounded by trees...open concept. So NO bugs!!
300 ft of lake front frontage... cottage sits directly on the lake ...gets the sun all day long, sun dock on one side of cottage with long finger swim dock on lake, small beach area on the other side
2 indoor boat slips w/ 1 outdoor sail boat dock (protected from wind & rough water)
bay is quiet ..calm water for skiing
