distance to the Town of Bala.
4 bedroom:1 queen; 4 double/standard and 1 twins beds
Eat in kitchen complete with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker and toaster.
1-4 piece bathroom with washer and dryer.
Cosy living room with floor to ceiling granite stone fireplace; TV, VCR, DVD player.
Muskoka
Room furnished with lovely white wicker furniture overlooking the water.
Veranda : 22x 12 screenedin /windowed veranda completely furnished with sitting and dining area's overlooking the Moon River.
Aluminimum boat available for renters use. ( A motor may be rented from the marina in town.)Propane BBq supplied.
Renters provide own linen.
$1,350 per week with 50% deposit, non-refundable, upon approval to secure your reservation. The remainder to be paid during your vacation. Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday and Check in is 2:30pm and check out is 11am.
Pet deposit of $100 to be included with your 50% upfront down payment.
