A MUSKOKA RETREAT
: Private 3 bedroom cottage for rent on beautiful Kahshe Lake in Muskoka, Ontario,
Canada. Located 25 minutes off Hwy 11, just south of Gravenhurst and only 1.5
hours from Toronto. Well known for it's sheltered inlets, warm waters and gentle
breeze's, Kahshe Lake is one of Muskoka's largest lakes and is highly coveted
by many.
Cottage is open concept with kitchen/dining adjoining the sitting and TV areas. Lake views from nearly every angle/room. Master bedroom has a king size round bed, two bunk beds in the kids bedroom, and a double bed in third. All rooms have ceiling fans and screened windows. Satellite TV with VCR, three couches and wicker chairs for sitting indoors. Huge front sun porch with outdoor dining, lounge chairs and built-in wooden seating around the entire deck. Step down the deck on to a private 25' gently sloping beach.
A sandy bottom gives way to shallow rocks enabling you to wade 10-15 feet into
the water before dropping below your waist. You can also shallow dive off the
dock or adjacent rocks where the water is about 6 feet deep. An outdoor firepit
makes for warm and inviting evenings. The view spans East-South, overlooking
an open stretch of Kahshe Lake and a small cluster of islands. The Smith Family
Cottage is available for $1595/week June - Sept. Discounts for longer stays
