For Sale is the CC Brown, this is a 21 foot Fantail Launch which is a
replica of a 1870\'s steam boat. This boat is for the boater who appreciates
the beauty that only the lines of a wood boat can have and wants to cruise in
a elegant u-neek boat that is one of a kind. The boat can easily take on 8
passengers. The hull is made of 3/4 inch cedar strips, fiber-glassed inside
and out with west system epoxy, painted with Interlux VC high performance
teflon epoxy paint. The keel, inner stem and outer stem are made of
laminations of Douglas fir, the gunnels, decks, steering console are made of
ash, engine cover and floor are of western red cedar.
There is a 1/8
stainless plate fastened on the entire bottom of the keel, the skeg bar is
solid brass, the rudder and rudder post are stainless. The driveshaft is one
inch stainless and the stern tube is also stainless pipe.
The boat is
powered by a 12hp one cylinder Yanmar, the motor runs good, and sounds great,
there is a horn, bilge pump and running lights. The trailer is a factory
trailer modified, the boat fits very good on it, it is all ready for a road
trip anywhere in North America , the bearings, lights are new as well as two
