Canadian Canoe Co. Commodore, 15', 1959
This cedar strip boat, hull number 8303, was originally bought (1959 )from
the
1st Sturgeon Point Marina located on the Nottawasaga River and served
well as a runabout on Georgian Bay for many years. Today it is in
impeccable
condition. Completely refinished in the early 1970\'s with
occasional
re-varnish work since then. Deks Olje was used for the
interior of the hull
so it does not require sanding and scraping for
re-coating. The Commodore is
kept in covered storage and used just
periodically.
The original Merc 35
h.p.
engine runs well and $1,200 has just been spent
to renovate and maintain it.
Additional Details: Comes with complete set of weather protection
covers in
good condition. Also, the boat was completely rewired in Aug. 2010
Comes with a Wiscot trailer - in good condition
