Chris-Craft Sea Skiff, 24', 1964This classic
Chris-Craft has an 8 foot beam and a 1.5' draft. It is constructed with marine
plywood over oak frames.
"Hermano" is powered by a 283 V8 Chris-Craft Marine engine, with a straight
drive. A marine survey in July, 2008, rated the Chris in good condition.
Rebuilds include new bottom planks, frames and cabin (1992), and a new keel and
shaft log in 2007.
Hermano comes with a radio, V.H.F., depth finder, and a 15 h.p. Evinrude
auxiliary outboard engine. The boat is currently lying at Dutchman's Cove in
Penetanguishene, or at Blondin Boat Repairs, LaFontaine, ON.
