Perfect boat to keep up in the boat house for that special evening or excellent guest conveyance for a 5 star resort. Boat is located north of Toronto, in Barrie Ontario.”

Original Price: $9,800.
New price (September, 2018), $3,500   WOW!   For further details and contact information, please click on the link  Ad number pb718

Editor’s note:  I have seen this boat and believe that the owner is a “straight shooter”.  Even though the Sportsman is not cosmetically appealing in it’s current condition, I believe that it offers significant potential, especially for “big water” boaters.  Surely the engines alone (one rebuilt) in this Chris-Craft are worth the asking price. Chris-Craft Sportsman: 22 ft, 1950
Notes from the owner below
The Sportsman is a grand old, all-mahogany lady used with care…in good condition. She is always in the boathouse when not in use. The boat was purchased from Hall’s Marine in 2000. The bow stem was replaced about six years ago at considerable cost. Otherwise, the hull was in good condition. The Sportsman is powered by a six cylinder, 115 hp. Chris-Craft engine which runs well. The gas tanks on the Sportsman are lined to prevent rust. The electrical system is 12 volt.
Price: $19,900. USD. For contact information, please click on the link. Ad number pb725
