Notes from the owner below:
“I have owned the boat for 35 years. It has been a “boat-house boat”, going out on the water on good days.”
The boat was fully restored and the interior was replaced in the eighties. It has been stored in a covered marina or boathouse ever since on Lake Simcoe. The engine has never required any work. The carburetor was replaced with an Edelbrock. This year the rudder was replaced with a stronger and larger one.
I am selling because it is not a practical cottage boat for Georgian Bay”
