Lyman Utility: 20 ft., 1967

Please see the owner’s note below.
“GREAT WINTER PROJECT;  $6500- 1967 20′ Lyman Runabout with a  289 Ford Interceptor engine. The sale includes a heavy duty single axle trailer. Comes with all required safety equipment, (ladder, buoyant heaving line, anchor with rode, hand and powered bailers, sound signalling device, fire extinguisher, navigation lights, 3 – 8″ Taylor Made fenders, any PFD’s I have, a full canvas cover including transom flap (new in 2014), and a  heavy duty marine battery (new 2014). Also included is a new Mallory electronic ignition in 2015,and a  carb kit and rebuild in 2017. The trailer has been re-fabricated to accommodate keel and skeg.

Although the boat is fully functional as is, it is in need of a few structural repairs. As is evident in the photos, either side of transom at waterline has moisture infiltration. As well, keelson at bow bilge has some dry rot, and butt joints in mahogany ply decking on either side of windshield have some delamination due to moisture, I’ve done a temporary repair with 3M Marine Caulking.

The Lyman is presently stored in Campbellford, Ontario. I’ll be happy to provide any additional information or photos upon request to any SERIOUS INTERESTED PARTIES!”

Price: $6,500 CDN, (about $4,875 USD  at current rates)     For further details and contact information, please click on the link. Ad number pb887

Please see notes on this beautiful vintage cruiser from the owner below

Esco cabin cruiser; 35 ft., 1949

.
Boat Description
“Pudgie was built in Essex, Ontario, by James Whitson and his crew at the Esco Boat Co. I am the third owner of this well cared for boat. She turns heads every where we go. She is a custom boat, with her own Good looks. Something different!! Many interesting details in her construction. Simple and roomy, down below. This boat has seen many ACBS shows in the area and gets used regularly. I have owned and enjoyed “Pudgie” for 12 yrs, including a 2 week Honeymoon, among the Erie Islands of western Lake Erie, 2015.
The Chrysler Marine 383, engine was installed new in 1963. The heads were done in 2003, new exhaust manifolds, Petronix ignition, 2015. The engine has had meticulous care. She purrs like a kitten. The windshield was completely rebuilt and the bottom re-caulked ( with cotton, the old fashion way) and re-fastened in 2014-15. New toilet and flooring in the head, 2019.”
