Beautifully refurbished 1962 Chris-Craft Constellation in excellent condition.
View this boat out of water and see there is absolutely no rot in this mahogany hull.
Engines and pumps etc. were rebuilt and run in at a shop.
New holding tank and fuel tanks.

The Thompson underwent a major restoration in 2013-14, including a new keel, thirteen new ribs and three new planks. An upgraded out-drive was installed, the topsides were stripped of paint, sanded and varnished (7 coats of varnish) and the bottom was repainted with racing bronze). The boat seats six comfortably. A new padded engine dog house was fabricated. The four cylinder Mercruiser I/O 110 hp engine runs well. The included trailer offers an electric winch, guide bars, reinforced fenders new tires (2014), new wiring and new bearings (2017). The included floating boat house, in very good condition, weighs about 240 pounds and measures 20′ x10′ Price – $8500 (with boat house) or $7,500 without boat house.

“Sociable” …a unique Longton Sport Cruiser: 35 ft. (plus 3 ft swim platform) 1968) This unique cruiser was custom built in Lachine Quebec, as an ocean racer for the 1968 Miami Nassau race.
“This powerful beast with its two oversize 500 gallon aluminum fuel tanks will absolutely thrill any boat enthusiast.” Sociable was fully restored in 1990. She sports a classic fibreglass and aluminum superstructure. Sociable sleeps two. Her interior amenities include a sink, mini fridge, head, new stereo system and ample storage. The vinyl interior features teak flooring. The two oversize 500 gallon gas tanks allow for lots of uninterrupted touring time.
Sociable is currently located on Lake Muskoka near Bracebridge, Ontario. The cruiser will eventually need a new bottom. (She is painted and “corked” every year). Her replacement value ranges from $750,000 to $1,000,000. Sociable’s vendor is motivated to sell.
